The Saint John Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Morris Lanceleve, 41, who is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.
It is reported that:
On July 13, 2025, a warrant was issued for Lanceleve for breaching the conditions of his statutory release as he failed to return to Jamieson Community Correctional Center, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, as directed.
Saint John Police have reason to believe that Lanceleve is in the Saint John area. He was last seen in a grey/silver Honda Accord on September 02, 2025.
LANCELEVE is serving a sentence of 2 years, 10 months, and 26 days for Assault – Intentional Use of Force, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purposes x 2, Dangerous Operation Conveyance, Failure to Stop After Accident, Operation While Impaired, Theft Under $5000, Failure to Comply with Conditions x 5, and Operation Causing Bodily Harm.
Lanceleve is described as 5’9”, 165 lbs, with brown hair. He has several tattoos: skull and green flames on right upper arm and a skull in the center of his back.
Police are warning the public to not approach the suspect. Anyone who sees Lanceleve or has information on his whereabouts is asked to contact the Saint John Police at 1 506-648-3333.
