Seeking Assistance with Identifying Suspect

The Saint John Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a robbery.  

It is alleged that: 

On December 28, 2024, at approximately 7:20 p.m., a male entered the convenience store with a weapon on Bonita Ave, East Saint John.  An undisclosed sum of currency was taken during the robbery.  

The male suspect then fled in a vehicle, described as an older model silver or gold car, with tinted windows and a loud exhaust. 

The store employee was injured during the robbery and was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and later released. 

The Major Crime and Forensic Identification Units were called to the scene to assist with the investigation and collection of evidence.  

Officers have been unable to identify the suspect. The suspect was described as follows: 

Male, English speaking, Caucasian, slender, believed to be under the age of 35, approximately 5’ 6”- 5 ‘7”, wearing black clothing, black and white bandana and black gloves. A visible tattoo is seen covering his left forearm.  

Major Crime and our Forensic Identification Unit have been actively investigating this Robbery.
